No account

No sign-up or account is required. The app does not ask for your name, phone number or contacts.

Location

Location permission is used when choosing a supported city from the device location. This selection happens on the device. The city is saved locally; precise GPS location is not sent to an app server. You may decline and choose a city manually.

Times and content

Time requests are sent to Hebcal with a city identifier or city coordinates and timezone. Requests for parsha and holiday descriptions are sent to Sefaria. Siddur texts are loaded from Sefaria or Wikisource, according to the source shown for each text. Content providers may receive your IP address and network request data under their policies. This app has no user accounts or dedicated app server.

Local data

City, language, settings, alarm-clock list, introduction completion and cached times are stored on the device. Loaded Siddur texts, selected nusach, bookmarks, reading position and reader size/spacing preferences are also stored only on the device. Widget display data is shared locally with the widget extension. If the Apple Watch app is installed, city, language, times and the alarm-clock list are synced to the paired watch using WatchConnectivity.

Notifications

Alarm clocks and reminders use local iOS notifications. No push token is sent to an app server. You may revoke permission in device settings and turn off alarm clocks in the app. Ordinary notifications do not bypass silent mode or Focus settings.

No advertising or tracking

The app has no ads, analytics or sale of data. A support email includes only what you choose to send and your sender address.

Pro subscription and purchases

The subscription (₪9.90 per month or ₪59.90 per year) is bought and managed through Apple using StoreKit. Payment and payment-method details are handled by Apple only; we do not receive or store them. The app checks on the device whether a subscription is active. We have no user account or purchase server.

Deletion and changes

Deleting the app removes its local data. Delete the Watch app to remove its copy as well. Data may be included in Apple-managed device backups. Policy changes will be posted here with an updated date.
